Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains the standards that apply when you use The Godfathers Of Deep House SA platform.

1. Lawful and Respectful Use

You must use the platform lawfully, honestly, and in a way that does not harm the platform, artists, customers, staff, rights holders, or other users.

2. You Must Not

• attempt to access restricted, private, or unpublished areas without permission
• probe, scan, scrape, spider, or harvest data from the platform except through normal human browsing or access we expressly permit
• bypass, disable, or interfere with membership, purchase, or content-protection controls
• share, resell, rent, sublicense, or misuse account credentials or paid access rights
• upload malicious code, abuse forms, spam contact channels, or interfere with media playback or checkout
• impersonate another person or submit false booking, payment, support, or identity information
• infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights
• use the platform to harass, threaten, defame, exploit, or discriminate against others
• test the platform for vulnerabilities or attempt privilege escalation without written authorisation

3. Commerce and Booking Integrity

You may not submit fraudulent orders, attempt charge abuse, manipulate discounts, or use the booking system to mislead artists or the label. We may cancel or restrict activity that appears abusive, deceptive, or operationally unsafe.

4. Consequences

We may suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate access; cancel transactions; block content; preserve evidence; and report matters to the appropriate authorities or service providers where reasonably necessary.
