Accounts and Access

Can I create an account myself?
Yes. User registration is available for purchases, memberships, exclusive access, and order history.

Can artists sign themselves up publicly?
No. Artist access is governed separately so release, booking, and studio controls remain protected.

What if I cannot access music or premium content I paid for?
Log into the account used at checkout first. If access still does not appear, contact us with your order number so we can verify payment and entitlement state.

Storefront and Payments

Why do I see a different currency on the site?
The storefront can present regional pricing based on your detected region or your manual currency choice, while payment settlement may still occur in the configured settlement currency.

Do you store my bank card?
No full card details are intentionally stored in the platform runtime. Payments are handled by the payment processor.

Can I buy from outside South Africa?
In many cases yes, but international availability can depend on payment support, shipping feasibility, duties, rights restrictions, and fraud controls.

Music, Membership, and Exclusive Access

What does membership do?
Membership can unlock premium releases, premium broadcasts, discounts, or other controlled benefits depending on the active plan.

Can I refund a digital release after access is granted?
Usually no, unless the item is faulty, misdescribed, duplicated in error, or local law requires another result.

Shipping and Returns

How does shipping work?
Physical orders move into dispatch after payment clears. Shipping estimates depend on address, stock, and carrier conditions.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos where available. We will review for repair, replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy.

Bookings

Is my event booked when I submit the form?
No. A public booking form starts the conversation. A booking is only confirmed after availability, commercial terms, and the final agreement are accepted.
